If u wanna try this healthy option, here u r:
170 g buckwheat flour, 2 ripe bananas, 40 g spelt flour, 80 ml plantbased milk, 60 ml olive oil, 80 ml maple sirup or sweetener of your choice, 2 flax eggs, 50 g choc chips, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt.
Mix oil & sirup in a bowl. Add flax eggs, milk & banana and mash banana with a fork. Sift flour & natron into the bowl, and the spinces and salt and fold in. At last fold the choc chips. Ofen is preheated to 170C. Fill the batter into a greased cake tin. Sprinkle with more choc if u like to and bake 40 minutes. Enjoy warm with a good cup of coffee or hot chocolate!
