Self Care Sunday❣
It was so nice to sleep in and wake up to no alarm today⏰. Usually, I am going nonstop and have a very hard time sitting still and relaxing. I am really trying hard to carve out this time and to be very INTENTIONAL with self care, resetting and overall just slowing things down.
However, self care for me also involves planning out my week. Everything flows so much smoother when you are prepared and plan what you can.
Meals planned for the week and food prepped so we can make healthy choices on the go and stick to our eating plans🍑🍍🍇 Passport photos taken-mine looks like a mug shot😂✈️ Planned REST day from my workout so I can recover with an Epsom salt soak tonight🛁 again!
Picked up a few essentials to improve my self care routine👛💋 Movie time with the kids, a cup of tea and no devices📱💻 Lastly, early bedtime to start the week off right😴💤 Share some of your favorite rest day activities below💞
