Bench jumping lunges into squat jump
Plank up and down bench
Bench jump overs
Pulse squat bench jumps
30 secs per exercise, 1 min rest between rounds, 4 circuits!!!!
This can be done at home or at the gym cos ya just need a bench yay πŸ‘πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—

β€’Weighted hamstring curl 3x45-50lbs
β€’PliΓ© leg press 3x140-180lbs
β€’Decline leg lifts 4x20
β€’Crab crunch 3x50 (25 lower body, 25 upper body)
β€’Ball side crunch 3x20 each side β€’Upright leg press machine (Single leg, side seat for buns) 5x 15 each leg
β€’Stairs 12-15 mins (kickback squeeze every other minute)

Have spent the last 8 weeks working hard on building my legs and glutes! Don't think I've been quite as successful as I was hoping, mostly because I don't think I've been eating enough to bulk up that much. It's been a transition from never making food and just eating what was made at the school cafeteria, to graduating college and trying to figure out how to make my own food while also working and not having the time to cook. And if you really want to gain muscle and make your muscles bigger, it's going to use more calories than your body normally uses. Hence if you're trying to lose weight you would eat the same or less, but if you're strictly trying to grow muscle then you would have to eat more. Anyways, this is kind of a mumble jumble of thoughts so sorry about that! Still have seen progress though (even if not as much as I was hoping) so that's still exciting. I'll post a progress pic sometime soon so y'all can see the difference in my 8 weeks of hard work!
For anyone wondering, I've been spending 3 days a week working my butt and legs, one day a week on abs, and one day a week doing arms/upper body. Will probably switch it up a little starting next week to be less lower body intense! If you made it to the end of this.... congratsπŸ˜‚

Everyone is always so concerned with what we "have" to do and little to no one will actually tell you to create a desired life for yourself and work fucking hard until you achieve it and become successful. I mean...what's the point of working long-term for someone at a job you hate and aren't even passionate about? Doing it just because it's "safe"? Well here's the truth...you are very far from being safe if you are constantly under someone else's control. Create a life that YOU want to live, not what mom and dad want or what your professor advised.
