All you need are some @rocktape Rockbands and a stable base to wrap them around. With this, you can literally throw them in your book bag and get a Glute burning workout to tone your lower body and increase not only your core, but your overall body strength.
Here I've demonstrated glute extensions and hamstring kickbacks.
