I tried out a sneak peek workout today on #bod ( all my customers should go check this out today!) this work out was called #corefunction and it was 30 mins of dynamic movements that work your core while working other parts of the body & elevating your heart rate same time! Crunches alone can be so boring and not effective! I LOVED working out with @megandaviesfitness and I'm super stoked to do the full week challenge when it launches. ⚡️I'll be hosting a special week long group just for this week starting Oct 9th!⚡️
