Single Leg (Downward) Press... I really don’t know if it’s the real name of this exercise, but in my world it is - correct me if I’m wrong ☝🏻🤓. Some tips and tricks for you: 🔥 Knee and foot ALWAYS point in the same direction during the movement - both while bending and stretching your leg. Please make sure you always do this, so that you won’t end up with a nasty knee injury 😱.
🔥 Try creating a full range of motion in your leg by stretching it to “almost full” hip extension - squeeze your butt! 🔥 Go slow on the way back to the starting position (the eccentric movement). 🔥 Keep your core tight and your chest high!
