As 2018 approaches, I’m realizing all that has manifested for me this year so far. However I have already started shifting my mind set. I have become more aware of the way I intake new information, emotions, what & how people approach me, what others say to me and how I internally process it, my priorities, what to say “yes” to and “no’ (which it’s ok to do)… just my overall mental health.
This brings me to these questions…
1. What really makes me happy? Yes we all know the basic (love, family, etc.) But what do I really need on a daily basis to maintain my happy? This is important because once we determine what we really need; you can clearly see that without any of the components we can easily have a bad day.
For me, It’s the following… · Every morning I need my cup of coffee · Time to do my makeup or at least a bold lipstick · Breakfast · Some form of love from my love ones (ex; hugs from my kids) · By the end of the day, at least one source of entertainment (ex; TV show, listen to a pod cast episode)
2. Do I trust what I put out to the world? I question this all the time, from the information I share, the vibes/energy I send out to the opinions I decide to share.
3. Lastly, how can positivity find me? By calling it… I ask the universe and high power (in my case, God) for all the positivity. I have learned to start off by giving gratitude for all that the universe has granted me. Be mindful of what you’re asking for (remember to very specific) so that the universe gives you exactly what you’re asking for.
2018 is only a few weeks away, so don’t wait until the least minuets of 2017 to reflect on what you have done this year, nor what you want for 2018.
