• Já fakt nevím, možná už si řeknete, že jsem s tím otravná, ale mám tu další slohovku. V posledním měsíci se toho stalo vážně až až. Nevěděla jsem kam skočit dřív, potkalo mě hodně změn a do toho se bortilo všechno, za co jsem byla vděčná a čeho jsem si vážila. Dokonce jsme měla i stavy, že jsem kašlala na jídlo a na cvičení. Kvůli problémům jsem postrádala sílu, motivaci a jediný, co jsem chtěla bylo to, abych mohla někam zmizet, nemusela nic řešit a s nikým komunikovat. Ale přesně v tý chvíli, kdy mi bylo nejhůř jsem poznala, jak moc jsem se změnila a jak moc velkej progress udělala moje hlava v tom, jak se umí vypořádat s negativními myšlenkami. Vrátila jsem se do režimu, začala hledat i ty nejmenší pozitiva a z toho špatného jsem se snažila ponaučit. Řeknu Vám, že to byla makačka, fuška a fakt jsem se u toho nadřela, ale výsledek je k nezaplacení. Dřív bych se utápěla v úzkostech ještě hodně dlouhou dobu, teď už vím, že za den má moje hlava miliony myšlenek a je jen na mě, co s nimi udělám. Berte tenhle sloh jako takovou dávku mý energie a euforie v který teď jsem, protože Vám chci oplatit tu obrovskou podporu, kterou mi dáváte. 📍Its commonly thought the “butt” is made of just the gluteus maximums, however that’s not correct; we have 3 gluteal muscles (glute max, glute med, and glut min) and under the deep six. These muscles are often weak in people as our society tends to be quad dominant not engaging the glutes enough because of our anterior chain nature. The glute max main action is to extend and abduct the hip (femur/thigh). The glute med abducts the hip as well and provides dynamic stabilization. The actions of the muscles will dictate how we train them. .

📌The first most important part to glute training is having a proper hip hinge that is the hinge like action that happens between the femur and the pelvis. This allows for proper activations of the glute muscles during exercise. Practicing this can be done with a long rod places on the middle of the back and held with both hands one at the bottom one at the top as seen in the picture. This will allow for the motion to happen at the hip rather then spine. .

📌Second part to training Glutes is you want to make sure you have the proper ROM (range of motion) in the hips, knees, and ankles. This means stretching any tight muscles most commonly the rectus femoris (quad) the calf muscles, and the hamstrings. Tight muscles will limit your ROM and won’t allow for proper form and muscle activation. You want your pelvis to be in neutral position. Calf stretching is important for ankle mobility if you lack it, you’ll tend to lean forward on your quads or lift your heels of the ground which may cause joint problems.

📌Next you want to make sure you have good core strength that will allow you to perform the exercise to their fullest potential. The muscles you train for In the legs often will be able to hand more weight than your core muscles can support so it is crucial to keep your core trained and engaged during the exercise.
