Today was chest day for me and the crew. Is it just me, or does anyone else really have to mentally prep themselves for a good chest workout? Im still working on making chest day one that I enjoy more. On a more positive note, I can see my chest muscles poppin’ out, thanks to this good ole’ cut. I’m 2 weeks in and feeling good! 💪🏼enough about me, how was your guys’ week??
