I woke up in so much pain this morning and no clue as to what triggered it.
Since I am NOT a victim, I am making choices today that will lead me to feeling better tomorrow. ✌️
Selenium helps regulate thyroid function
Ashwagandha helps alleviate stress and anxiety
I'm also upping my water intake, being mindful of my breathing, focusing on positive affirmations and prayers
For whatever reason, this is the season I am in. I accept it, I will lean into it and I will learn from it. 🤓
