For some reason we all think that we need a new year, a new month or a new week to start fresh. 🗓
Truth is....all we need is a new day! Today I chose to be my day 1 of a fitness and nutrition program I have not done in 3 years with my favorite trainer. When I tried it back then I actually never completed it 🤦♀️. I have been afraid 😱 to try it again. So, after successfully finishing my race injury free I decided it was time and there is no better way to finish off 2017.
I found the calendar of when I tried it the last time and on day 1 my had to stop for a break time was 9:00 min. Today it was 16:26min!!! It’s truly amazing what time and hard work can do! 💪 This is my accountability that this time I will complete the full 8 week program and make this my healthy holiday season yet! 🦃🎄🎅 🎉
