Whew...I'm tired just looking at that! This is what I've been doing in between programs! I needed a little bit (or alot) of cardio to burn off all of my bad calories with all of my bad eating lately! .
Can't wait to get back on track next week and back to my busy woman workout routine! Its an 8 week bootcamp and we only workout 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes a day! I worked out every single day last week....I'm ready for a program that works better with my busy schedule! .
I don't know about you but I barely have time to breathe let alone workout everyday! For the next 8 weeks I only have to commit 18.6 hours of my time! Not a bad gig! (No worries...its nothing like this video...its lifting and hiit)
