Why do I work out at home? Because it gives me the freedom of time to get some time in for myself without having to be away from my boys. I often do it while they nap so I can get it in uninterrupted, but even if they are up they are often watching and trying to join in!

It also saves me a boat load of money! I don't have to pay for a hefty gym membership or even childcare so I can go!

Why do I get up so early to workout? Because it sets me up for my day. It gives me a quiet space to get my mindset where I want it, it gives me a boost of energy and a rush of endorphins. I carry this with me and remember how I felt in this moment when something in my day gets tricky or stressful.

Watching him grow up way too fast has been one of the most amazing things god has given me. Him and I have been through a lot in 10 years and have grown and learned through all those experiences. God chose me to be his mom to guide and teach him, direct him and love him the best I possibly can. But he does the same for me.
He has taught me so much about myself and every single day he continues to teach me. TIME is his biggest lesson. Iโ€™m always late, ALWAYS. He was born on his due date and from that day on he refuses to let me run late. (Football is at 5 letโ€™s leave at 3) not even kidding. I have always worked full time so how the heck was I going to get anything up and going? The real secret I discovered was that it DIDN'T actually take hours a day but it took CONSISTENCY each day. With building a business online, you need to be consistent with am and pm check-ins and that's when I was on social media anyways. The way I look at it now is I ACTUALLY GET PAID to be on social media ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ

I was NEVER the HEALTHIEST person in the room and I always wondered what would convince anyone I could COACH them on fitness...I had been on my own journey (#thestruggleisreal) and I had my own success story as I'd lost over 80lbs and was feeling the best I'd ever felt. What I found is that my clients actually LOVED that I wasn't the fittest person they saw on social media. They told me I was real and authentic and that I had actually achieved #balance and that was WAY more important to them. My tribe LOVED my vibe and there is a tribe out there for EVERYONE.

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸผIt is FRIDAY! Looong week behind us, beautiful weekend in front of us. Spent the morning at work and then a lovely lunch with friends. A lunch that went 4 hours, just chattin it up with girlfriends. Not a shabby way to spend a Friday.๐ŸŒธWorkout didnโ€™t get in today, but no biggie here. Normally I would stress about getting it in, but the beauty of my workout program is that I can move my workouts around to fit me and MY schedule๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ. If I donโ€™t get it in, itโ€™ll happen tomorrow. Iโ€™m committed to my health and this program but I will not let it dictate my life. ๐Ÿ’—Know one of the bazillion things I love about how my workouts fit into my schedule? I can wear what I want, walk about 8 seconds down a flight of stairs to my gym WHEN I want, pick the playlist I want (and blast it๐Ÿ˜†), and then grab my water and keys and drive my kid to his practice. I had just enough time after work to get my workout in before going into mom driver role today, and it was perfect. There is something to be said about my little at-home gym that allows me time to be all the roles I am meant to be (mom, wife, etc...) and give time for myself. Thank goodness for that and for the workouts that push and challenge me (and de-stress me!๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ) All of you who think you need a live person to push you, think again! My body is jelly! Total jelly from my little basement gym workout. #winning

๐Ÿ’š What is it you REALLY do?

I help support women achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. I support them through accountability, knowledge, and community support so they can achieve results they've dreamed of {**and I've NEVER been a fitness GURU but I've done the journey myself}. The difference maker is the sisterhood my clients are introduced to, the flexibility in the programming and the inspiring success stories to keep them going. ๐Ÿ’š What is the actual time commitment?

This depends on what your goals are. In the beginning, when you're first starting out, more time is required to get onboarded and learn all about how you help and support your clients (**it is self-paced). Once you get yourself onboarded, some coaches spend 1-2 hour per day {*broken up as they see fit as this is totally flexible!} and others have more less/time to commit. It just depends if you are going at this from a full-time or part-time angle. ๐Ÿ’š How will I be supported?

You'll have a TON of support as you will join a team of coaches who have been part of the team anywhere from 1 to 5 years! You'll have me to help, a community of women to support you and a ton of other women who will be doing the journey with you. Youโ€™ll have tons of opportunities for training calls and support from the best of the best! We have summits and Super Success days and a ton of resources for you to pull from! You'll never be in this alone!

I was inconsistent, lacked community and longed for the support I didn't even know existed. And I never really believed working out for me could become a positive space {**because it always seemed like a struggle on my own} *

The program I've been doing is called HIIT Training which combines strength and high-intensity interval training. You'll be working out 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day! This means you will get 3 days off per week to enjoy summer activities and spend time outside! ๐Ÿ’š Who can do this program?
