The first question I get asked when I tell people I’m vegan is “where do you get your protein!?” 🤦🏻♀️ I honestly can’t blame them, we’ve been brainwashed to believe that we need milk for strong bones and meat for strong muscles 🤮.
We aren’t taught that plants are an excellent source of all the nutrients we humans need to survive. I don’t drink this 👉 delicious, plant based, vegan, protein shake because I’m lacking protein. I drink it because aside from the fact that it’s vegan, super clean, soy free, gluten free, and NOT packed with an unearthly amount of protein that’s actually too much for my body in one serving, it tastes like ice cream and it’s super easy for my busy mornings!
