Es ist für Einsteiger geeignet und beinhaltet abwechselnde Elemente aus Streck- und Dehnübungen (sehr gut für alle Schreibtisch-Sitzer 👩🏼‍💻 ) bei niedriger Belastungsintensität und längerer Ruhephasen - und das alles in unter 8 Minuten! For a long time now I’ve released balloons 🎈 as a way off starting something new, starting afresh and leaving the past behind
So if I was able to that’s what I’d have done this morning

1minute each exercise , 110% into each and you’ll feel the burn
-Mountain climbers
-Crunches
-Pulse Squats
-Alternate lunges
-Alternate donkey kicks
Starting small or else I’ll die 😂 plus I can’t throw loads in at once with having CFS else I’ll just wear myself out

Set little achievable goals, from no snacks to gym once a week. It all adds up quickly!👊🏻

Not often a workout makes me feel physically sick! 🤢could be partially related to being tired but #ufbg home workout; initial assessment is much harder than it looks on paper! (Please tell me I’m not the only one!) 2 minutes of Squat Jumps and Burpees 😷 definitely going to feel it tomorrow! Not the best of numbers for some of the exercises but onwards and upwards 😃 shower and pj time 👌🏼💜

Seriously do not underestimate this program! When I saw the full body day, my first thought was “4 ‘workouts’... is that going to be enough?”... 🤔
YES!! Just because it’s not a long workout, does not mean it isn’t a gooood one! 😵
I was seriously sweating! And if I stand on my toes, my legs are shaking😂💪🏼
