I look at this video and I'm like, "OK I need to fix this, this AND this next time." But even on my worst day I'm so much better than I was in the beginning. I remember the first day I joined Topwater Crossfit and we did 40 single unders and I wanted to cry. Now I do 100 single unders (jump rope) for a warmup, no problem. I look and feel SO much better. Though I have so much to work on, I have a great group of coaches and an amazing fiancé to help guide me through this journey.
