@Regrann_App from @theocrguy - When you do Spartan races, burpees are an inevitability. That's why 3.6 exists - to get you out of the burpee hurt locker fast. I've teamed up with (or rather blatantly plagiarised from) MsmB team members @hannahgouthro and @kat__j__ for 3.6.
If you haven't already seen their month long challenge, they are doing 2 minutes of burpees for max reps every day for 30 days. Competition is fierce and the smack talk is strong (see #2minsburpees30days #unicornburpees)

Let's join this challenge for this week. BRING IT FOR THE #burpeeburnout 7 day challenge. Your first post is Monday (Halloween) and your final post is on Sunday.
The challenge is to do 2 minutes of burpees each day, aiming for your maximum number of reps.
Burpee rules.... Feet leave the ground and the chest touches the floor for each rep.
Record and post your highest number of reps each day.
Come chat in the chat rooms, discuss tactics, share recipes... just no whining. There are no prizes, but a true winner will post every and be strong enough for a final burpee burnout round on Sunday. Details to be revealed on that little world of hurt too (the hosts don't even know I'm doing that either lol) later in the week.
3.7 is just over the pain threshold too, with details arriving next week.
