Hands up if you ate like a little piggy over the weekend?
I could say I regret it and I'll never do it again but I'd be lying to myself and to you!
Although I did for a brief few minutes regret eating that completely unnecessary Nutella double scoop ice cream, but one gas release later and I was feeling human again 😀
So instead here's my plan!
1 - Workout today and burn lots of calories
2 - Eat better foods more in line with my goals
3 - Track calories
4 - NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT WHAT I ATE ON THE WEEKEND!
Life is for living and if you can't let go every now and then, what's the point!
