While there may be some benefit to eating all organic or non gmo it does not matter if you are over consuming calories!!!
CALORIES IN VS CALORIES OUT!!
Organic peanut butter cups still have the same amount of calories as regular Reese's!! You will gain weight if you are taking in more calories then you expend!
The take away here is to read the labels and track what you are consuming in a day, this will give you a good idea of where you are and what you need to do to get where you want to be. 👍🏼
