When my tilapia is cooking I try to flex my arms that are sore as can be from yesterday's workout to see if I can get any sort of a pump to them. 🙃 #TheAnswerIsNo Also, baby bruises on my shoulders from some fun powerlifting activities this weekend (@richhilsheimer you were right they do make me feel cool 😎) Finally the evening time to unwind. I have had a case of the Monday blues all day. Sluggish, unmotivated, feeling off. I couldn't shake it until I got home from training tonight and decided to take a minute to just breathe. My wheels have been turning nonstop from the second I woke up (at 4:00am 😵) and making me feel anxious with all of the things I want to get done (answer client emails, train, prep food, cardio, decorate the house, laundry 🙄, schedule appointments, work on my project, order gym equipment, the list could go on forever.) A reminder I needed to tell myself today was; break this down one piece at a time and handle everything in the order of your biggest to smallest current priority of what needs done this minute. As simple as it sounds anyone that gets anxious like I do with this stuff forgets this and tries to accomplish everything at once making it a huge mess. Breathe, and take it one step at a time.
