The only way for personal growth and progress to spill over your self-defined boundaries is to constantly challenge your OWN "limits"! Now go back and read that part again, especially the part about self-defining 😉 I try to challenge myself in little ways every day. I always put my socks on while standing up so I can challenge my balance. I often stand on one foot while I'm in line somewhere to work on that as well. I add resistance bands to exercises where I can. I try to read or engage in at least 20 minutes of personal development daily so I can learn and become better. Sometimes I time myself emptying the dishwasher to try to get it under 5 minutes, haha!
Whatever it is, I feel like challenges are a good way to improve ourselves! You vs. you, baby! I definitely think I'm still a hot mess most days (and maybe I always will be!), but I guess the seed is always covered in dirt first before it sprouts 🤪🌱
