When leg day was so intense you can't even sit down 😜
At some time and point we all get stunted and let down by our progress, right now I'm in that place and it's annoying the hell out of me. But you have to look at the bigger picture and see how far you've come. In the past few months I've put on 4 kg of muscle mass and for me that's huge. There's still improvements I want to make, but all you can do is be happy with yourself and push yourself to work harder.
