My favorite motivation picture set as my background to remind me of my WHY I do what I do. It reminds me of not only surviving but overcoming! I’ve been in the hospital numerous times from stuff such as a car wreck, four wheeler wreck, motorcycle wreck, and from gettin my shot twice! Doctors have told me if it weren’t for me being in good shape, healthy, and strong I might not be here today. I can’t stress the importance of health and fitness. Not only for a survival mode but just for day to day life activities and to live longer! At the ESB Athletics facility we want to send your kid to the next level in sports. They can come learn the sport and skills needed, and work on their strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. This will have them ready for anything in their sport and life!

Ok, I asked if you wanted to hear more about health and fitness here: and you said yes! Which I am so excited about bc I feel like this is a hugely important part of my life that has been often left of the pages of the one dimensional platform. We will have to experiment to see how much is right to share. ✨
But for now ~ here is my note on health and particularly sustainable muscle health for all of your musicians and travelers or there.

Back workouts = so important!!! _
Your back muscles do so much in your body, supporting you all day, and making the music you play possible. But these are the first to get neglected after long hours of travel or days of sitting hunched over. Big function exercises are best. And even though I absolutely H A T E pull-ups I am sharing this with you bc it is something I am working on as I try to make my back bulletproof. ✨
