I wanted to hit up the #Glutes today so I did 10 minutes of 5 second reps for 5 reps with a 15 lb DB and then finished off with 10 additional minutes of alternating bodyweight step ups with 2-3 second tempo. #gluteworkout #stepup #fitspiration #BulletproofBootcamp #fitfam

#FlowFriday This is a fun KETTLEBELL FLOW that combines nearly all the movements you need in a workout which makes for a fantastic warmup with a light bell or increase the load and use it as a quick hitting workout. You can also use this as a LADDER WORKOUT by performing each movement for 1 rep each, then 2 reps each, etc

#TBT to 2009 - Before there was an actual FastFit training facility there was the era I call FastFit UNPLUGGED:
Outdoor workouts at the park with no equipment, no air conditioning, no restroom facilities (unless you count the trees ;) and yet, somehow we made it happen through these early days. Surprisingly we actually flourished during this era and saw tremendous growth until the stars aligned and we could open a legitimate training facility here in west LR.
It's these humble beginnings that show me how blessed our growing community that makes up our Fitness Family really is, and the lives that we impact and inspire on a daily basis.
