Here's a look in at at what goes on before one of our workouts. Everyone has their own approach to mentally and physically preparing. Some will spend time Foam Rolling to loosen some tight tissues in their muscles, some will work on corrective exercises to fix knee or back pain, and then others will use that time to work on Strength Performance in moves such as the Pull-up or Bench Press. I like letting them have some time to explore, be creative and work on the things that make them better. Bulletproof Your Shoulders with the TRX ROW TO OVERHEAD PRESS. This move both strengthens the muscles around the shoulder and improves mobility at the same time. A SUNDAY SYMPHONY of STRETCHING 🎶 When I first entered the fitness industry one of the first things I came across at that time was Mark Verstegen's "Worlds Greatest Stretch". It was at its basic a dynamic flexibility sequence that served as movement preparation but also a foundational principle in improving performance and increasing range of motion in all the right muscle groups. Years later it's still a big part of my own personal warmup routine and in our Pre-Workout routine at FastFit.

I recommend doing this daily for yourselves. Put 2 minutes on the clock and flow through this sequence as many times as you can.

The goal for our @thv_11 Fit By Friday is waistline management and getting rid of stubborn belly fat! For @tbbrannon I specifically want him to have a waist that is half his height before September 30th. We have consistently burned off 1 full inch every month and he is on pace to reach the goal before his birthday. .

#FlowFriday This is a fun KETTLEBELL FLOW that combines nearly all the movements you need in a workout which makes for a fantastic warmup with a light bell or increase the load and use it as a quick hitting workout.
