As a general rule, avoid massive overconsumption of alcohol🍹 (but hey, I know it happens), mixing with sugary, calorie bombed mixers, and avoid winding up face down in a mac and cheese 🍕 and you can still drink without it destroying your gains.💪🏼

Did some light weight shoulder day for recovery. I'm thinking to take a rest day tomorrow as I am struggling to gain weight. I workout 6/7 days almost each week and I work full time which is why I am staying around 96 kg/211.6 lbs in the morning for a very long time now 😥. Bulking becomes hard after a certain point. I'm eating between 3800-4500 kcal each day. Hopefully I can make it to 100 kg before the summer hits😀

Caramel protein pancakes: my favorite stack ever 😋 You already know how it’s done: one scoop of @nutraone caramel cookie crunch protein powder, 1/2 cup of Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes buttermilk pancake mix, one cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, one tablespoon of Skippy peanut butter, one tablespoon of PB2 peanut butter powder, Walden Farm’s calorie-free & sugar-free maple syrup, and fat-free whipped cream. However, I got to thinking: what could I add that would take these to another level? And then it hit me: CINNAMON!!
