Managed to get the boys through some tough rounds the other day!!
We ran 3x5minute rounds with 1minute rest in between.
Exercises; Bulgarian bag rotations, kettlebell swings, slam balls pick ups.
15 reps on each exercise with the goal of rotating through as many times as you can in the round. -
This was done to mix it up a little from the norm, the guys have been working hard on the ergometers the past couple of weeks, so this was a welcome change, reducers training monotony and can be used as a kind of transition into more SPP training.
