Today was supposed to be inversions and strength work, but yesterday I ate pizza so changed it to a metabolically demanding conditioning workout instead. This was pre-breakfast (as most of my training is). Needed to sweat that pizza out of my system and bring my metabolic rate up for the rest of today. Maybe should’ve put some squats in there too.
