Fun fact: this spread is entitled “tracker log” because I didn’t center just “tracker” and it bothered me.
First column is your normal habits. Second column is things I don’t need to do daily but want to track. Third column is various symptoms - I particularly like to see if anything influences my headaches or ovarian pain. Fourth column is where I rate mood, emotions, motivation, etc.
My logs aren’t always this intricate, but I’m trying to make sure that I’m taking care of myself and making good use of my time now that I’m settled into college.
