Activation-like workouts are great before doing your workout, but in order to grow the booty you gotta place it under enough tension to stretch the muscle fibers, which can only be achieved with weights. So if you’re doing a lot of donkey kickbacks but feel like your butt isn’t growing, then you need to start incorporating weighted exercises (hip thrust, squats, cable kick backs, etc.) to start seeing the results you want.
