Walking lunges with 25lb. Down & back 3 sets
4 x 15 fire hydrants
4 x 15 weighted kick backs
4 x 20 weighted laying leg lifts
4 x 15 single leg glute thrusts (hold last 5 sec.)
18 minute HIIT on stair stepper

I've definitely found my new fave booty move. Laying smith machine leg press. And even though all the guys around me were looking at me like i'd lost the plot it definitely hit the glutes. Because 3 of my 6 gym sessions are leg/glute focused i'm always looking for new inspo and workouts on here. No matter how many negative reactions I get from expressing a weight gain, I refuse to let it stop me from sculpting MY body in whichever way I please. If you lose fat and add muscle, there is a good chance you'll either maintain your weight or gain some! Stop worrying so much about the number on the scale. Instead worry about how you FEEL, how your clothes FIT, how you're able to UP your weights, how you're able to endure cardiovascular activity for LONGER. I'm 5'1" and weigh 140lbs! I've gained weight. My shirts fit more loosely around my upper abdomen, because I've been trying to slim out my waist and tighten it up. I can now run 2 miles without having to stop. My clothes fit more snug around my booty and my upper back, because I've been trying to grow those two areas. My goal is to be STRONG not skinny right now, and that is 100% okay! All the right weight in all the right places. πŸ˜‰ .
