hit 75s on dumbell presses for 6,7,7 on reps. and hit 3x8 deadlifts @ 275.
making consistant and constant progress still.🤙🤙
mini rant - my workout partner seems to be stalling. like hes going though the motions but not willing to push farther really. its so hard to get him to go up in weight or reps. or even on the new program we started hes swapping out exercises to his old routine because its more comfortable.
thats not how progress is made. trust the process! you have to push yourself. always. 😎
yeah. somedays suck and you just go though the motions. but not for months on end the only way to strive is to just keep pushing. if ypure there to do the work. do it go all out. push hard. because if you dont. its a completely wasted opportunity. and you have to wait u til next workout to make up for the lack of progress you had this one...
🤔 maybe its just a matter of priorities. personally if im going to invest my time and effort into soemthing. im always 100% in. no point in half assing it. i love body building because its literallu 100% what you put in you get out.
put in the work. get the results. slack, and youve got nothing to blame but yourself 😋

went to the dentist today and totally forgot that i was having a wisdom tooth pulled today so looks like im taking the weekend off of lifting. dentist messing with the gainz!😂
its all good though, itll be a good mini break for the muscles to recover. as long as i can eat enough everything will be a-ok👌
will be back in the gym tuesday.
