Killed my shoulders today so it's a Good Friday ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿ”ฅ Push press is my favorite way to start out shoulder day ๐Ÿ’ช After warming up (PLEASE warm up! Your body will thank you ๐Ÿค—), I do a few sets with just the bar of strict form military press, then as I work up in weight, I do push press. Today I did 5 sets, 10 reps, 8 reps,6 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps (increasing weight). Burn out with just the bar till failure. ๐Ÿ‘‰Push press allows you use some momentum from your legs and push more weight, also it really gets your heart rate up after several sets! Today I worked up to 75 pounds for 5 reps, which isn't bad for taken a week off! (My one rep max on these as of a few weeks ago was 80) I want to work on being more explosive and getting way stronger at this lift. ๐Ÿ™‚

โค๏ธ TRI-SET: Front Raises with plate (10 lb plate + 5 lb plate) 3x12; "Bus Drivers" with plate 3x10; Decline Russian Twists 3x20
