"Do something today that your future self will Thank You for".
Happy Humpday #fitfam
It's mid week already, if you haven't had your workout done, do it today or later will become next month.
The hardest thing to do is to start. Yes, it's a real struggle whenever it's time to start something.
My only advice when you're just getting started your workout journey, Make an Accountable Plan and Stick to it.
It doesn't have to be a SUPER, WOW, AMAZING kind of Plan, just start from simple one, a lite jog in the morning/afternoon for 30 minutes 2 times a week. Do not think that workout should be something that's complicated, think about how can you be active for at least 30 minutes a day. Find something that you like to do, and you will have fun while doing it. When you're ready to get further, you could add progression and so on.
We're trying to build a habit, it takes time and the key is not to rush on it.
When you're discipline doing your routine, it becomes a habit and you will stick to it. It will be part of your daily/weekly routine and becomes a lifestyle. That is what we're aiming for. I'd personally rather do a 30 minutes lite jog 3 times a week than having a 2 hours non stop training at the gym for once a week only. That's not consistency and it won't take you anywhere. Believe me, been there done that.
So, grab a book/note, make your plan (if you're training at home) or plan your gym session (would recommend @bodyfitjkt ofcourse), what will you do for the next 1 week ahead. And remember, always enjoy the progress and have a balance life. Because we're doing this for our own good not for punishing our self. Have a great day 🙌
