Just when you thought you’re lack of motivation, just remember why you started.
1st Pic: when I was 38 weeks pregnant - second baby (2014)
2nd Pic: 4 months postpartum (2014) I gained 18 kg from 55 kg = 73 kg 😄
3rd Pic: Present, 2017. 2.5 years of commitment and dedication.
My weight still not the same as my pre-pregnancy weight but I’ve lost 5% of my body fat (from 31% to 26%) and also gaining muscles.

My first goal was I wanted to be back in my old size jeans and having a fit stamina as I used to (of course I wouldn’t mind having a flat abs :D) The first 2 years I spent 30 minutes workout at home/gym doing BBG and also back adding muay thai, bootcamp and weight lifting afterwards. I still eat moderately and since October 2016 have a low fat diets (plus more Protein) as suggested by InBody @nutrilite_id
It’s amazing how our body could adjust back, depends on how we treat them.

If you ask me is it hard? YES IT IS. Specially the first 2 years when you’re still breastfeeding your baby. There’re times when you think you’re on plateau and didn’t have any progress. Besides that, it’s so easy to compare our progress to anyone that we see on Instagram. This could be bad or good depends on how we see it. I stop comparing myself once I realise that my goals is not always about shredded abs and all. Goals are personalise and everyone’s different. Along with my fitness journey, my goals has changed from having a shredded abs (and such) to have a healthy body + mind and lifestyle that can be duplicated to my kids. This what works for me, my long terms goals.

So, if you have a goal and you’re willing to work on it and be patient, no matter how long will it takes, you will get there eventually.

Saat ini saya sedang di acara blogger gathering bersama GueSehat.com.

Hello #fitfam It's almost end of Ramadan month here and wishing all my muslims friends doing well with their fasting. One more day to go Yippee 💃🏻

Anyway, this month I've been lack in training (#keepingitreal) and my body feels heavy blaaah. The only thing that could pump me back "in the zone" is to do a quick workout whether it's HIIT or Tabata. This afternoon I choosed boxing since I wanted to train arms and my speed.
.
Set timer for 2 minutes and do these moves. I like to begins from simple punch then a much more complex combo:
- Single Jab Cross
- Power Hook LR
- 3 Combos
Jab Cross Hook L / Cross Jab Hook R
- 4 Combos
Jab Cross Hook L Cross / Cross Jab Hook R Jab
- 6 Combos
Jab Cross Uppercut LR Hook LR
- 8 Combos
Double Uppercut Jab Cross Hook LR
- 8 Combos + Duck
Jab Cross Hook Cross Uppercut LR Duck Hook LR

These should gives you enough cardio and sweats 👊💥

#TBT during my first pregnancy. I gained 22kg and 20kg during my first and second pregnancy respectively, suffered moderate baby blues, and struggled to accept the fact that my body will never look the same anymore. I delivered both babies through C-Sections so any mothers that gone through the same would know that for months we struggled with numbness in our stomach due to the incisions. It took me a year to lose the weight simply through consistently working out and eating well. Some days are good days, some days are bad days. .
.
But know this, we, women are built for toughness. If our body is well equipped to adapt another human being inside us, then there is no reason why it would not adapt to get back to the way it once were. It may not be perfect but hey, chin up girl, those imperfections are battle scars. We are tigers who earned our stripes. So take a deep breath, take it one day at a time, stay consistent, surround yourself with people that support you, and embrace the journey. .

Selama Berpuasa Olahraga Senam Aerobik tetap dapat lakukan dengan pemilihan waktu yg tepat. Agar latihan lebih efektif, harus dilakukan secara teratur dengan intensitas yang cukup

Intensitas latihan dapat dilihat dari denyut nadi, apabila usia 40 tahun ke atas denyut nadi awal 125/menit, maka denyut nadi akhir tidak boleh lebih dari 153/menit setelah latihan. Untuk usia 15-17 tahun denyut nadi awal 143/menit, maka denyut nadi tidak boleh lebih dari 174/menit setelah latihan

Snaps from yesterday's sharing session with @guesehat. We talked about staying active throughout Ramadhan and closed the session with chair squats just right before Iftar.

Just like air squat, chair squat works your hamstrings, glutes, and quadriceps while the latter provides additional safety from falling or imbalances. Great for beginners who are learning the proper squat technique.
