Cardio; but how much cardio?πŸ€” The amount of cardio you do should be correlated with what you want your body to look like. Each person is going to be different in what their body responds to you as well as what their end goal is. For example if you look at a marathon runners body they tend to be long and lean with not much muscle mass. On the contrary if you look at a bodybuilding athlete, they still do cardio but they still have a lot of muscle mass left. This is because the time and duration of cardio that they do. When bulking, I do little to no cardio, because my focus is not getting lean, it is putting all my energy into lifting and building muscle. When leaning out, I try to do 3-4 times a week, 20 minute HIIT sessions at a time. But like I said, it is different for every body and should reflect the goals you have in mind! You just know when the hat & hoodie go on, shit's gettin' serious😈
