When you need to make something that has two identical pieces (i.e. sleeves, pockets, two sides of a sweater/cardigan, etc.), knit both pieces at the same time!
I do this by using a circular needle (more space to spread out). Cast on one side with the yarn of your choice. Then, go in again and cast on the other side with another ball of the same yarn. Work it through row by row (as in, if you've just finished row 4 of one side, complete row 4 of the other piece before moving on to row 5). 🍁
You are guaranteed to have two perfect matches! Because, I don't know about you, but I've definitely made two different sized sleeves before 😅
Anyway, happy fall! Now off to more knitting and baking on this cozy day 😜
