On Friday morning, we’re heading a few hours west to compete in South Dakota’s Strongest.

In a day & age where everyone’s a “coach”, Matt does something different here. He doesn’t focus on the end result, but on the process - he builds people.
I don’t think any of us came into this saying, “I want to compete in strongman”. But, here we are, chomping at the bit to pull trucks, deadlift cars, & load atlas stones. That speaks volumes about Matt & his coaching - not only in terms of strength & athleticism, but in building boldness, confidence, & tenacity.
