This week yoga is teaching me #pariksaha or patience to you and me!
My two arms appear to be refusing to cooperate this week and as I grow wiser I am learning to listen to what my body is telling me and instead of 'pushing through' I'm pulling back and allowing my upper body some rest.
So this week is all about giving the hips and hamstrings a lot of extra love and length. #upavisthakonasana
