I love the competitive side of myself it pushes me to always look for a opportunity to better myself. Nurturing competitiveness against yourself leads to higher self-confidence than wanting to be better than someone else.’ Which, we can all agree, is a total waste of time. Your most important opponent is your inner critic always has been and always will be for me.
Saturday I set my competitive nature aside an for the first time didn't think about time left, miles left, who was in front of me or behind me. This picture speaks volumes of the pure joy I felt with being surrounded by people who I am blessed to say they have become family to me. Each of my tribesman was amazing!!! Watching us overcome fears, realize our own strengths and weaknesses and working together as a team was something I'll never forget 🤘💖
