Guys!! Im so excited because I made baked pasta for the first time and it was SO SUCCESSFUL!! I know baked pasta isn't super difficult to prepare but my cooking skills are seriously so subpar (ive burnt NUMEROUS pots in my lifetime) so this is a milestone haha. I finally bought some @eatbanza pasta and made it with alfredo sauce, broccoli, mozarella and brie cheese 😍😍 SO CHEESY AND DELICIOUS

I've been eating meals by myself a lot lately (BF on holidays, no time to meet friends during lunch break etc) and so I wanted to touch on something that I think a lot of us do. And that's eating while being distracted! Be it scrolling through Insta, watching a silly YouTube video, reading the news, eating at the desk or simply not being fully present. I've definitely noticed myself being guilty of that the last couple of days, and so this is more of a reminder to myself than anything else oops...But honestly guys, it's so so so important that we stay mindful before, during and after we eat so that we get the whole experience and are actually satisfied, both physically and mentally after our meal 🙏🏻 So: Take a moment before you dig in to appreciate your meal and show gratitude towards it, then eat slooooowly/chew a lot, and really pay attention to the smell, taste, texture and taste of what you are eating. Next time that you're eating alone, I challenge you to put ALL distractions away and give the plate in front of you 100% of your attention. It might not sound all too hard, but it's actually quite tricky for most of us as we can't sit still and focus on just one task. Let me know how you go 😘 Ps it's def easier to appreciate a good meal when you get to eat it on the beach with your feet in the sand 😝✌🏻️ #bondibeach
