On 8/14/2018 around 7:30pm, a friend of mine was struck by this Jeep Grand Cherokee while on a group run with our run club (and her dog!). She suffered serious injuries, and is in the process of making an incredible come back. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is in the process of their investigation.
