Movement Challenge 🤹🏻♀️
This week’s Movement Challenge is all about our hands. 👐🏼 We use them for everything so let’s make sure we look after them. And to my musos, I’m definitely looking at you. 🎹🎸👀
1️⃣ Squish one hand’s knuckles with the other. Do 10.
2️⃣ With fingers crossed, stretch fingers down and back up 10 times.
3️⃣ Pull your fingers back and stretch for 10-15 seconds. Do both sides.
4️⃣ Hold onto the entire length of your thumb, pull it back away from your index finger to stretch. Hold 10-15 seconds. Do both sides.
5️⃣ Gently shake it all out.
Do these 3-5 times a day. It is perfectly fine if your knuckles crack, it’s just them singing a song of relief. 👌🏼😌
