Vegan small plates & wine night 🍷- Just had to share the whole menu for the evening - one of the most satisfying food & wine evenings I've enjoyed in a long time, great value for money, delicious, filling & educational. Ticks all the boxes.

In order served. --- Moroccan spiced carrot #hummus with #dukkah & grilled old market assembly bakery #sourdough paired with an amazing organic Italian white wine Falerio Oris.
Dukkah has turned into one of my favourite spice mixes@and I pop it on everything salads, bread, eggs it made this dish & brought out the flavours of the wine. --- #Pickled beetroot & turnips with #quinoa #tabbouleh paired with a fruity French organic Rendez-vous Blanc
The mint in the tabbouleh really brought out the fruity notes in the wine - almost pimms inspired.
Haricot bean, butternut squash & chilli burger with smoky mayo paired with a Spanish sustainable Cava Medusa - fizz, crackle and pop! The crunchy out layer worked perfectly with the bubbles! Mini #veganburger --- Carrot, chilli & ginger soup with Lebne paired with an amazing unique orange biodynamic wine from Spain Pampaneo 'Legs' Blanco
So many new things in one dish - firstly vegan #lebneh is amazing its made with cashews, and #orangewine - just wow, its cloudy as its unfined which may initially turn you off but its tasty --- Pea #Arancini woth marinara & basil oil paired with the most outstanding organic red wine made from only one region in Spain the #Trepat, called Petit Carlania - this red rocked my world --- #Veganchocolateorangecake
