🍍Ever since I heard that there have been studies showing that if you put pen to paper it helps you take ownership of your words, I have been a note taker! I’m going to try to start writing everything this year! Why not try something that could enrich your day? Here are my favorites so far:
* 3 things I’m grateful for each day
* Goals / to do list
* Bible study notes
* Daily water intake
* Meal planning
Even if I just get my 3 things written down that I’m grateful for, I’ve noticed it makes a big difference in my day. My planner is now sitting by my sink every morning. I love seeing how this is making each day a little less stressful. Who knew?!🤷🏻♀️😄
