Some days it takes 48 minutes to get to the end of a 30 minute workout. 😝
Lately I’ve felt like my 🧠 has a bunch of bouncing balls going crazy inside there. Hard to focus, lack of patience and taking me 10x longer to do simple things. Brought it back to basics this morning with some meditation, outside time and pup cuddles. Also making sure to add yoga back to my nighttime routine! 🌈What are some things y’all do to calm a racing mind??
