Massive Appreciation Post Ahead: After bootcamp tonight we had the opportunity to have photos taken. I was very reluctant as there has been little change in my weight. But when comparing the last 5 months I couldn't believe the progress in my waist and booty. I couldn't have done it without Chrissy and her amazing bootcamp sessions. She has taught me how train properly, pushes my limits and has helped me develop body strength I never knew I could achieve. Couldn't thank her enough and can't wait to see more progress in my upper body over the next 6 months prior to our wedding! #bodyfit #bodyhiit #progressphoto #bridalbody #goals
