Did some sour beer work today.
Racked a sour red out of a barrel to a keg and used my “solara” sanke blend to top off to have a full keg to tap shortly.
Waxed the empty barrel and refilled with a brown base.
Used the rest of the brown base to top off the “solara” keg and topped off a @mashnewjersey blend that is conditioning on raspberries.
To keep all these bugs under control I use a second set of soft parts just for sours and soak/circulate in 150°F PBW.
