Let’s be real, here — any of us on a fitness journey probably SHOULD have visible results after 2 years, right?
I used to be proud of my 2 year progress photos…until Sunday. I gained a whole new perspective. ((Swipe right!!)) For years, I was just fine with living my life of “balance” (see also: binging on the weekends and calling it balance). After this program, I do plan to go back to ACTUAL balance after this initial 80 days, figuring out how to work in the brews without overdoing it.
The truth is, before I committed to doing this, I felt alright, but I wasn’t at all sure of what I was truly capable. I was definitely in a nasty plateau.
Well, my plateau broke. In 2 months I outdid my 2 year results, all because I got sick enough of my own shit and went ALL IN!
