Northeast Regionals Deadlift disaster. I felt great in warm ups. 606 opener moved well. Went for planned 2nd and shit hit the fan. Super frustrating way to end a meet that was going well. I have hit as heavy as 660 in the past and have lifted 645+ many times previous. I only weighed in at 87.54 kgs / 192.9 lbs which is way lower than my entire prep and definitely not my intentions. I was 18lbs heavier in June :/ I cannot explain why my body loses weight rapidly before every meet. As soon as I start to taper my weight plummeted. Ate regularly drank extra water and tons of salt /electrolytes and creatine, which is normal for me. No excuses I will be better next time. I am going for redemption next week. Some people would kill to pull over 600 so I am still grateful.
