Guten Morgen an diesem sonnigen Samstag. Heutiges Rezept __BIRNEN-NUSS-KUCHEN__ wiedermal sehr saftig geworden. 3/4 Birne mit 1 Becher körnigem Frischkäse, 1 Ei, 40 g Kokosmehl, 20 g gemahlene Haselnüsse, 10 g Grieß, etwas Backpulver und 25 g Nussmischung (von @EatNatural) - ab in den Mixer - danach in die Kuchenform und die restliche Birne mit ein paar Nüssen oben drauf und im Ofen backen. Viel Spaß beim Nachbacken - habt ein schönes Wochenende.

Stigle su nam prve jagode, i nisam mogla da im odolim...Iznenadila sam se koliko su sočne i slatke 😋
Ovog jutra sam napravila brzi, veoma hranljiv doručak i nazvala ga " Nema čega nema 😉". I mislim da nije za mog trenera iz @getfitbelville koji pročita samo prva 3-4 sastojka i odustane 😉😘 .

U blenderu sam pomešala:
1 manju zrelu bananu
1 kašiku čia semenki @granum_srbija
1 kašiku proteina graška
1 kašiku ovsenih pahuljica
1 kašiku organskog sirovog kakaa od @justsuperior.rs
1 kašiku kinoa pahuljica
1 ravnu kašiku psilijuma (izuzetno je bogat dijetnim vlaknima i odličan za regulaciju probave)
1 kašičicu lanenog proteina od @granum_srbija
1 kašičicu lukume u prahu (prirodni biljni zaslađivač niskog glikemijskog indeksa)
1 kašičicu cimeta
1 kašičicu organske make od @justsuperior.rs
1 kašičicu orahovog putera od @granum_srbija
Oko 200ml biljnog mleka po izboru.
Kao toping sam koristila jagode, banane, psilijum i kakao u zrnu.🤗

💚Но как бы они не назывались, я их люблю и уважаю. Это настоящая палочка - выручалочка, если не полениться и сделать их вечером ;) И voilà, утром завтрак готов! Идеальный #breakfasttogo 😋кстати. Ну а баночки у меня из под детского питания. С кем поделиться? ;)

👩🏻‍🍳Думаете трудно? Нет, всё очень просто, даже в шалаше можно приготовить:
✅овсяные хлопья (100г) замачиваем на ночь водой (250мл). Можно добавить семена чиа, изюм, орехи и т.д. ✅Утром натираем 1х яблоко и выдавив в него пол лимона добавляем в мюсли. ✅ Если мюсли густые, я добавляю ореховое молоко (кэшью или др.). ✅Подсолив розовой солью и добавив мёда на вкус полезный завтрак готов.

💜Для любителей фруктовых соусов: ✅300 г замороженной малины / клубники /черники .. ✅с 1 ст.л. клёнового сиропа в миксере размельчить (у меня #thermomix ). я это делаю тоже заранее ;) ✅Отгадайте из чего состоит белая верхушка моего шедевра в баночке❓
