I used to eat bagels , waffles, cereal, or basically any carb loaded food for breakfast until I finally realized eating those foods were making me crash a few hours later. Not only were they making me crash I was starving all day long!
Now I start my day with some sort of protein every morning and less carbs. I am more focused, I have more energy, and I don't crash a few hours after.
