I've had lots of questions recently on how I do my poached eggs, so here's my easy 4-step method again:
1️⃣ Bring a medium pan of water to the boil.
2️⃣ Once boiling, add a drop of white wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. The water should foam/bubble.
3️⃣ Crack in your egg/s then turn the heat down so the water is simmering and cook for 4 minutes exactly.
4️⃣ Carefully remove the egg from the water and place on some kitchen towel before serving to absorb any extra water.
That's it! No stirring, cling film or gadgets involved - the vinegar and salt create tiny bubbles which help to bring the white up around the yolk 👍. Tag a friend who loves poached eggs 😋.
