“OMELETTE DU FROMAGE.”

I made eggs that turned out as an omelette — as opposed to turning out as scrambled eggs. 🥚💛👍🏻
I steamed the spinach first, then I added coconut oil and eggs and (precooked) ham. I cooked it on low for a good while, and covered the pan for a minute or so. This made folding the omelette onto itself pretty dang easy.
Cooked it for another minute or more after folding to ensure the gooey part in the middle got less gooey.
I cute some deliciously sweet grape tomatoes to make flowers (they were very slidey and didn’t sit still). Topped with @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning and @sirkensingtons ketchup. •
So. Much. Protein.
I love eggs.
