Haven't made a smoothie bowl in weeks so today decided to get back to it!

Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
3 pitted mejdool dates
1 scoop @tropeaka boost powder
1 tsp @tropeaka maca powder
1 tsp cacao powder
Almond milk
Topped with your favourite goodies!

Mines topped with @loving_earth chocolate buckinis, coconut chocolate butter, coconut chips, salted caramel chocolate, cacao nibs and chia seeds.

Seriously, what's better than a good brekky? 📸 Post-workout breakfast/brunch - roasted sumac sweet potatoes, sauteed kale with garlic powder and lemon juice, roasted zucchini and fried eggs from happy hens 🍳 I also added some avocado and Indian pickles after taking the pic (totally forgot).
Anyway I banned eggs for a while, trying to improve my skin condition. So hopefully now I can introduce them back slowly. We'll see in the next few days.

And some days breakfast doesn’t look so stylish because I eat in the Gym , but I keep my food choices healthy and according to my Fitness program. Have a lovely Wednesday guys ! ✌️💪

Breakfast cures better than sleep. Woke by the sun at 730am on a sunny Saturday just like working weekdays!

Missing Indian food so much that I went stocking up some at home, purchasing from 重慶大廈 - the grocery stalls that I won't visit before my Indian experience. I made myself a chapati-wrap with scrambled egg and avocado to start the weekend!

Do you make green wraps? What do you put in them? I've been munching on this deliciousness the last couple days so I had to share. In fact, I'm craving this right now, so I'll be making a trip to @wholefoods to pick up a bunch of organic collard greens real soon. I like to stuff them with vegan mayo, quinoa, chickpeas, and julienne veggies like: carrots, peppers and radishs. I finished the whole thing off with fresh framer's market dill, coconut aminos, nutritional yeast and chia seeds. Its a really quick clean meal if you have the quinoa and chickpeas ready to go like I did. I'm telling you its flat out addictive and the best part is how great you feel after eating it! Whole foods like this are keeping me nourished and balancing out my weight as a breastfeeding mom 😉 Seriously, your need for calories when your breastfeeding is crazy!! Happy Friday everyone!

Cauliflower Waffles

TOTAL TIME: 20 MINS

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE WAFFLES
3 c. cauliflower, grated
3 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. finely shredded Parmesan
3 large eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
FOR BREAKFAST STYLE
1 fried egg
1 tbsp. fresh chopped chives
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
FOR AVOCADO TOAST STYLE
1/2 avocado, mashed
Squeeze of lemon
Drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
Flaky salt
chili flakes
FOR BLT STYLE
3 slices bacon
2 large slices tomato
1 piece lettuce
2 tsp. mayo
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your waffle press.
In a large bowl, mix together cauliflower, cheeses, eggs, cornstarch and paprika until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour 1 cup batter into a preheated waffle press, and cook for 6 minutes.
Serve alone or with the toppings of your choice.
