Do you make green wraps? What do you put in them? I've been munching on this deliciousness the last couple days so I had to share. In fact, I'm craving this right now, so I'll be making a trip to @wholefoods to pick up a bunch of organic collard greens real soon. I like to stuff them with vegan mayo, quinoa, chickpeas, and julienne veggies like: carrots, peppers and radishs. I finished the whole thing off with fresh framer's market dill, coconut aminos, nutritional yeast and chia seeds. Its a really quick clean meal if you have the quinoa and chickpeas ready to go like I did. I'm telling you its flat out addictive and the best part is how great you feel after eating it! Whole foods like this are keeping me nourished and balancing out my weight as a breastfeeding mom 😉 Seriously, your need for calories when your breastfeeding is crazy!! Happy Friday everyone!
