More often than not, I skip breakfast. Not because I want to, but because I can't afford the time to eat it early morning.
My breakfast indulgence always meets the shape of some masaledar food because if I taking time out of my schedule, might as well eat something tasty.
And South Indian food, I have realized, is the perfect balance between heathy and yummy.
