I love everything about carrot cake so this dessert like breaky satisfied the craving I had for it. I made extra so I have a few grab and go breakfast meals for the working week. You have to try it! All the spices and grated carrot give this the best flavour!
Chia is high in dietary fibre, plant based protein, omega 3s and is also a good source of calcium, potassium and magnesium (among others).
