We all have guilty pleasures in life, the biggest for me normally is fresh white bread 🍞🤤 (my darling brother regularly refers to me as a bread monster) however recently its become chocolate, I’m not even discriminating it’s all kinds, at all times, in all foods! I’m not sure if it’s this gloomy weather or if I’ve just lost all self control but it’s getting out of hand so I’ve made it my mission to find a healthier alternative that is delish and to share it with the world! 👩🏻🍳 🍫 🌎

They are actually amazing and actually so easy to make, plus they have some super food ingredients that unlike normal brownies actually have a positive impact on your skin. 🍠Sweet Potato has anti inflammatory qualities but also assists the balance of electrolytes and maintains collagen - all things we want for a plump, dewy complexion.
🍯Raw Honey is known to reduce the appearance and severity of eczema, psoriasis and rosacea but can also aid in flushing parasites from the liver and colon. 🥚Eggs contain 9 essential amino acids, to name a few we have Arginine (excellent for repairing damaged skin cells), Methionine (Fights ageing by neutralising free radicals) & Tyrosine (assists proteins and other necessary elements to penetrate the skin)
