Rustic yet neat.
This is a third fresh milled svidden rye, naked barley and Hallands wheat (svedjeråg, nakenkorn och halländskt lantvete). All grown and farmed by Bengt from Paradis, Åskloster, not far from here. 🌾
Working with freshly milled flour is a great experience for your senses. The tastes are just so much more intense! The level of nutrition also outranks the store bought (most often gimped "whole" meal flours).
