This place is apperently som kind of asian - nordic food restaurant. Superfancy place with great service I'm not really used to as a student. They have different lunch menu per day. Vegetarian dish and ramen differs per week.
I took the ramen, which was huge disappointment. Normal ramen is with thicker and less dry noodles (actually different kinds of noodles), more soup served in large bowl topped with various ingredients. This was more of nordic version of ramen. The bowl was small, soup didn't taste anything special and only topped with peas, leek and partly grilled salmon pieces. The salmon was apperently frozen before grilling the surface, because it was cold in middle. The grilled side was somewhat burned which gave bitter taste (my friend thought it gave another dimension to the dish.. but I don't agree). The dill mayo fitted well with the salmon tho.
Lunch is including salad, bread and coffee. And I enjoyed the salad. It consisted of things that differed them from other places. It wasn't cut, fresh vegetables, but actually different salads with added flavour. Dark bread with lemon cream cheese was fresh, great combination. They had potatosalad with sweet peas and caper - different, but really well going, savory and sour, but also fresh combimation.
I don't recommend their ramen, but I think their normal menu may be good - going to try it next time!
